What is a presale?

A presale lets you place an order before an item is ready to ship. Read the estimated shipping window shown on the product page before placing your order.

When will my blanket ship?

Presale orders placed through November 30, 2026 ship during the first week of December. Estimated delivery: December 8, 2026. Presale dates are estimates and may change. If the timing changes for your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

How will I know it has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel a presale order?

You may cancel an unshipped presale order for a full refund. Email Contact ATLST with your order number and checkout email. We will confirm the cancellation and issue the refund to your original payment method. If your order has already shipped, the return process applies.
